Shipping Policy

Standard shipping

If you use the eCommerce form on our web site the shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. ET, will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation. All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

North American shipments are tracked and should arrive in between two and five business days. The tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.

The service priced for international shipments is not tracked and delivery varies depending on the speed of service to your country/region.

Non-standard shipping

If you would rather faster service or tracking please do not use the Purchase and Order pages but use the form linked here. This form will be handled manually and, depending on your needs, some email verification may be needed before shipping.

Bulk shipping

Bulk shipping can be much cheaper per copy but also much slower. Again, use the form to indicate your wishes and we will respond.
